Single Flat-Pack Storage Bed Base with Trundle (Bed Frame)
The single storage bed with trundle is our storage bed base model that hides a second bed under the main bed. During the day, only one bed base stands in the room. At night, you pull out the trundle bed underneath, which opens up a separate sleeping area for a second person. And since we ship the frame unassembled, the product also fits through a narrow door.
Single Storage Bed with Trundle: Dimensions
The main body is 100×200; the trundle base underneath stays 90×190. When ordering, you select the “100×200 compatible” option from the menu. How Does the Trundle Bed Underneath Open?
The lower bed runs on a rail and scissor system. We produce this system in our own facility and also equip it with a safety lock that we developed ourselves. It is suitable for thousands of openings and closings. When you pull out the trundle bed, the second bed is ready beside the main base. This way, in a room shared by siblings, a guest room or a student flat, you do not have to set aside space for a second bed frame. Especially in families with children, this safety detail is the most critical point.

Flat-Pack Design, Materials and Warranty
We use 30x40x1.5 mm profile for the frame. Then we coat all the metal parts with electrostatic oven paint. We also laser-cut the mechanism parts in our own facility in Bursa. The production system is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002. The product and mechanism system also hold a CE certificate. We include the beech slats in the price. We ship the product unassembled in a box and put the assembly diagram in the package. So a narrow staircase, a small lift or a narrow door is no problem. In other words, you assemble the bed base inside the room. We give a 10-year warranty on the mechanism and the metal frame.
