Delivery and Assembly:

Our products are shipped to your address by contracted cargo companies.
Once your orders for the mechanism are approved, they will be delivered to the contracted cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.
You can contact us regarding the stock status and production process for furniture.
The materials and documents required for installation are carefully prepared and packaged.
In case of need, installer support is provided for a fee in the provinces of Bursa, Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.

Important informations:

Our products are fixed to the wall with the brackets sent to you.
In this way, it does not pose an additional risk in earthquakes.
Since the mechanism moves in the opposite direction, the lid does not open by itself.
Our mechanisms are covered by a 10-year warranty.
Our warranty on shock absorbers is 3 years.
It is recommended to replace shock absorbers every 7 years.

Beds should weigh approximately 20 kg for a single person and 28 kg for a double person.
