Table mechanisms are steel systems that fold the tabletop against the wall when you are not using it. In the morning you lower the table. In the evening you lift it back into place. This way, even in a narrow room, you gain a separate work or dining area.

Models in the Catalog and Their Sizes

In this category we offer models with different body sizes. The Single-Opening Practical Table Mechanism has a body 58 cm wide and 137 cm high. When open, the table frame extends 121 cm. The Double-Opening Practical Table Mechanism comes with a 59 x 75 cm body. This model also uses two gas springs. The Wall-Folding Table Mechanism supports the tabletop from below with two sets of folding legs. Moreover, in all of them we sell only the metal parts; the wooden parts are not included in the price.

How Does the System Work?

You mount the body on the wall or fix it to a cabinet carcass. Then the folding arms carry the tabletop. You lower the table forward, open the leg and set it on the floor. When closing, you fold the leg in and lift the tabletop up. In the model with gas springs, this movement is smoother.

Where Are Table Mechanisms Useful?

This system is most useful in small apartments, home offices and teen rooms. It also opens up an extra work surface in narrow living spaces such as offices and balconies. On the other hand, it saves space in caravan, tiny house and container home projects. For example, in a student dormitory you set up the table only during study hours. Carpenters and furniture workshops can adapt the mechanism to their own designs.

Production, Material and Warranty

We produce all of our mechanisms in our own facility in Bursa. We cut the parts from 5 mm laser-cut sheet. Then we coat the profiles with oven paint. This way, every part comes out to the same dimensions. The mechanism and metal frame carry a 10-year warranty. We give a 3-year warranty on the gas springs.

Choosing the Tabletop and Installation

You choose the tabletop; we only send the mechanism. We ship the products flat-packed in boxes and put the assembly diagram in the package. Correct fixing is decisive for the life of the mechanism. So when choosing the wall, prefer a load-bearing surface. On drywall, fix it onto the stud and use suitable anchors.
