Trundle Bed Base Models: Two Beds in One Space

A trundle bed base is a type of storage bed base that hides a second bed under the main bed. During the day, only a single base stands in the room. At night you pull out the trundle bed underneath, and a second sleeping area opens up. This way you don't lose floor space in shared kids' rooms, guest rooms and student flats. You also don't need to buy a second bed frame.

How Does the Trundle Bed Work?

A rail and scissor system carries the lower bed. We make this system in our own facility and fit it with a safety lock we developed ourselves. Single and Double Sizes

The collection offers two different trundle bed bases. In the single model, the main bed is 100×200 and the trundle bed is 90×190. In the double model, the main bed grows to 160×200, while the trundle bed stays 90×190. We also offer the double body in a 150×200-compatible option. What is more, in the double model you can pull the trundle bed out beside the main bed or use it completely separately. This way you get two different sleeping arrangements from a single product.

The Flat-Pack Design Fits Through Narrow Doors Too

We ship all our bed bases flat-packed. The parts arrive in a box and are assembled inside the room. For this reason, narrow stairs, small lifts and narrow doors are not a problem. We also put the assembly diagram in the package. For example, if you are a student who moves often, you can take the base apart and set it up again. If you wish, we also offer paid professional assembly in the provinces we serve.

Production, Material and Warranty

We use a 30x40x1.5 mm profile in the body. Then we coat all metal parts with electrostatic baked paint. We also laser-cut the mechanism parts in our own facility in Bursa. Beech slats are included in the price. We give a 10-year warranty on the mechanism and metal frame, and a 3-year warranty on wooden parts and gas springs.
