Single Flat-Pack Storage Bed Base Lids
The single storage bed mechanism lets the bed base lid lift in a controlled way and makes the storage space under the bed usable. The gas spring support makes the lid easier to open and helps it stay balanced in the open position. It is suitable for thousands of openings and closings.
The product has been developed for furniture and decoration companies, furniture makers and individual customers, for use in new bed base production, in renewing an existing bed base body and in custom furniture projects.
Single Storage Bed Mechanism: Set Contents
The set contains a black oven-painted metal lid frame made of 30x40x1.5 mm box profile, curved wooden slats, 2 gas springs rated at 750 N, connecting legs and support profiles for under the bed base. The connecting parts of the mechanism use 5 mm laser-cut steel.
The product consists only of the bed base lid and the mechanism parts. The wooden bed base body or carcass is not included in the package.
Unassembled Structure and Custom-Size Production
The flat-pack system allows the parts to be carried easily through narrow doors and up staircases. The set can be assembled on site, and an assembly diagram is included in the package.
Custom-size production is possible for non-standard projects. Before production, the dimensions of the base body must be shared with us.
Mechanism, Warranty and Production
The mechanism is produced at Modamob facilities in Bursa using raw materials that meet EU standards. The production system is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002. The product and mechanism system also hold a CE certificate. The mechanism and metal frame are covered by a 10-year warranty, and the wooden slats and gas springs by a 3-year warranty. It is recommended to replace the gas springs every 7 years.
