Single Horizontal Murphy Bed Mechanism
The Single Horizontal Murphy Bed Mechanism is a system suited to professional furniture projects that frees up the floor area taken by the bed for other use during the day. When the bed is folded against the wall, the floor of the room can be used for work, rest or daily life. It is suitable for being opened and closed thousands of times.
Thanks to the ready-made mechanism and slatted base system, furniture manufacturers, carpenters, dealers and project companies can create their own Murphy bed models.
Horizontal Opening for Small Spaces
The bed opens sideways over its long edge. For this reason, in the open position it extends into the room by the width of the bed rather than its length. Horizontal opening is an advantage for attics, low-ceiling rooms, studio flats, teen rooms, student dormitories, tiny house and bungalow projects.
On the wall where it will be installed, enough width must be left along the length of the bed.
The Furniture Design Is Yours
The wooden cabinet carcass, front panel, handle, colour and surface finish are not included with the mechanism. This way you can decide the look of the furniture according to your brand, your collection or your architectural project.

Our products are manufactured in Modamob's own facilities in Bursa. The production system is certified under the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002 standards. The product and mechanism system also hold a CE certificate.
The mechanism and metal frame are covered by a 10-year warranty, and the beech slats on the slatted base by a 3-year warranty. Replacing the gas springs every 7 years is recommended.
