RIVA Horizontal Murphy Bed
Riva Horizontal Murphy Bed is a mechanical system that lets the bed fold horizontally when it is not in use. Offered with options for different bed sizes, the model works with a gas spring-assisted mechanism.
120×200, 140×190, 150×200 and 160×200 cm Bed Options
Riva Horizontal is offered in options suited to four different mattress sizes. Before ordering, you can check your measurements by reading our article how to measure for a Murphy bed. The maximum mattress thickness is 22 cm. If your current mattress is thicker than 22 cm, please let us know before ordering. The mattress is not included in the price. The door colour is offered in Anthracite, White, Baroque, Daphne and Sapphire Oak.

Horizontal Opening Mechanism and Metal Carcass Construction
The bed opens and closes along its long side. The gas spring support reduces the force needed during use. No electrical connection is required for the system to work.
The metal carcass construction uses 5 mm laser-cut steel parts and oven-painted box profiles. The bed base is supported by wooden slats. The mechanism, our own production, is designed for long-lasting use. It is suitable for thousands of open-close cycles.
Assembly, Warranty and Production
The product is shipped unassembled and an assembly diagram is included in the package contents. The product must be installed according to the assembly instructions and firmly fixed to the wall. It must not be used without being fixed to the wall.
The mechanism and metal frame are covered by a 10-year warranty, the wooden parts and gas springs by a 3-year warranty. Replacing the gas springs every 7 years is recommended.
Assembly service is available in the following provinces: Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Antalya (central districts).
Our products are manufactured in Modamob's own facilities in Bursa. The production system is certified under the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002 standards. The product and mechanism system also hold a CE certificate.
