Double Horizontal Mechanism with Sofa
The Double Horizontal Murphy Bed Mechanism with Sofa provides the function of a sofa by day and a bed by night in living rooms, studio flats, aparthotels and small homes. It creates two different uses in a single piece of furniture.
Horizontal Opening and Use with a Sofa
Because the slatted base opens sideways over its long edge, less room depth is needed in front of the bed. The sofa chassis is positioned in front of the furniture and used as a daily seating area. It is suitable for being opened and closed thousands of times.
The wall width, seat height, cushion thickness and the opening distance of the bed must be planned together at the project stage.
Customisable Furniture and Upholstery
The wooden case, front door, upholstery fabric, sofa cushions and colour choice can be determined by the installer. This way the system can be adapted to different furniture collections and architectural projects.

- The system runs on 2 gas springs, each with a pressure rating between 250 N and 750 N depending on the mattress size you choose.

Our products are manufactured in Modamob's own facilities in Bursa. The production system is certified under the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002 standards. The product and mechanism system also hold a CE certificate.
The mechanism and metal frame are covered by a 10-year warranty, and the beech slats and gas springs by a 3-year warranty. Replacing the gas springs every 7 years is recommended.
