Practical Single-Opening Table Mechanism
The Practical Single-Opening Table Mechanism is a compact system that opens a work or dining table for use only when needed. When the top is closed, the furniture takes up little space in front of the wall; when opened, it forms a full-size table surface for everyday use.
Thanks to its single-stage design, the table can be opened and closed quickly and easily. The system is especially advantageous in residential, office and accommodation projects that want simple use.
Single-Stage Opening System
The metal frame is fixed to a solid wall or a suitable cabinet body. When the table is opened, the top is lowered forward and the folding leg set at the end is swung out and set on the floor.
The gas springs on both sides of the mechanism help control the opening and closing movement. Suitable for thousands of openings and closings. When the table is closed, the leg system folds under the top and the surface is brought back to the vertical position.

The mechanism and metal frame come with a 10-year warranty, while the gas springs have a 3-year warranty. We recommend replacing the gas springs every 7 years.
Assembly and Safe Use
The mechanism must be fixed to a load-bearing wall or a furniture body with sufficient strength. In plasterboard installations, the fixings must be aligned with the load-bearing profile. The wooden top and connecting parts must be prepared to suit the usage load.
