LUCCA Hidden Murphy Bunk Bed Cabinet lifts two separate sleeping areas into the cabinet body during the day, increasing the usable space in the room. In the closed position it looks like a flat-fronted cabinet, and when the lower and upper beds are opened it turns into a two-level bunk bed.

Thanks to its desk-free, simple design, there is no work surface in front of the furniture. This keeps the walkway clearer, and the desk, wardrobe or other furniture in the room can be placed elsewhere according to the user's needs.

A System That Combines Two Beds in One Cabinet

The lower and upper beds open forward horizontally. When the beds are not in use, both slatted bases are lifted into the cabinet body, so the room does not permanently look like a bedroom. Suitable for thousands of openings and closings.

The support legs at the front of the lower bed rest on the floor when unfolded. There is a safety guardrail on the edge of the upper bed. The upper sleeping area is reached by a metal ladder attached to the front frame of the slatted base.

The wooden slats on both slatted bases help support the mattresses from below. The mattress straps keep the mattresses in position while the slatted bases are being closed.

Simple Design Without a Desk

Assembly and Safe Use

The LUCCA hidden Murphy bunk bed cabinet must be fixed to a solid, load-bearing wall at the connection points shown in the assembly diagram. The product must not be used without being mounted to the wall.

On plasterboard walls, the fixings must be made to the supporting profile or to a suitably prepared metal structure. The upper bed guardrail, ladder, support legs and mattress straps should be checked before each use. Replacing the gas springs every 7 years is recommended.
