The Murphy bunk bed with desk does two jobs in one carcass. Closed by day, it looks like a white cabinet while the desk in front stays open for use. In the evening you lower the two slatted bases and the same wall opens up beds for two people. This way, in a teen's room you give up neither the study desk nor the second bed.
Two Single Beds That Open Horizontally
You open both beds in the horizontal direction; that is, the beds lower toward the front of the carcass. For this reason the system works well in narrow rooms with limited depth. In addition, the lower and the upper bed are both single. You reach the upper slatted base by a ladder; the ladder is not screwed to the carcass, and when you are not using it you move it aside. The metal guardrail on the edge of the upper base sets a limit against falling. When the beds are folded up, the floor of the room is free again; only the work desk remains at the front. In this way, in dormitory, guesthouse, student flat and crowded children's room projects, you get the second bed without spending extra square metres.
The Desk Stays Level While the Bed Lowers
The desktop stays fixed on a level axis while the lower bed goes up and down. Therefore you do not have to clear the desk every time. For example, books, notebooks or a laptop stay where they are. Moreover, the desk is attached to the carcass; you do not need to set aside space for a separate desk in the room. Also, two metal legs support the top from the floor.

We offer this model in a 90×190 mattress size with a white cover. On the other hand, the mattress is not part of the set; you can lay standard mattresses up to 18 cm thick on the slatted base. We produce the bunk bed mechanism ourselves in our factory in Bursa. The production system is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002 standards. The product and mechanism system also holds a CE certificate. We cut the steel parts of the mechanism with 5 mm laser cutting, and the profiles also go through oven painting. It is suitable for thousands of opening and closing cycles. The mechanism and metal frame come with a 10-year warranty. The wooden parts and gas springs are covered by a 3-year warranty. We recommend replacing the gas springs every 7 years. We also prepare the packages unassembled and put the assembly diagram inside the box. The product must be firmly fixed to the wall and must not be used without being fixed.
