Delivery and Assembly:
- Our products are shipped to your address by contracted cargo companies.
- Once your orders for the mechanism are approved, they will be delivered to the contracted cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.
- You can contact us regarding the stock status and production process for furniture.
- The materials and documents required for installation are carefully prepared and packaged.
- In case of need, installer support is provided for a fee in the provinces of Bursa, Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.

Important informations:
- Our products are fixed to the wall with the brackets sent to you.
- In this way, it does not pose an additional risk in earthquakes.
- Since the mechanism moves in the opposite direction, the lid does not open by itself.
- Our mechanisms are covered by a 10-year warranty.
- Our warranty on shock absorbers is 3 years.
- It is recommended to replace shock absorbers every 7 years.
- In order for the product you have purchased to work properly;
- Inner bed size 18 cm
- Beds should weigh approximately 20 kg for a single person and 28 kg for a double person.
